Kite trip checklist for Essaouira

Pack a full wetsuit whatever the month (4/3 mm in winter and spring, 3/2 mm in summer), sun and wind protection, and either your own kite gear or a lesson booking that includes it. The water is about 17–20 °C all year. Tick the list on screen or print it.

Sea temperatures are offshore model values; water near the beach can differ. In October and November the sea is at its warmest, so a 3/2 mm suits many riders while those who feel the cold may prefer 4/3 mm.
